python-bcdoc software package provides ReST document generation tools for botocore (Python 2), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-bcdoc
python-bcdoc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-bcdoc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-bcdoc *
You will get with python-bcdoc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
